Being a sales assistant in a craft shop
We seek the best to give the best. In our shop in the Historic Center of Florence, our collaborators must also reflect the love and commitment we put into our work and our craftsmanship. We are looking for sales assistants who do not just stand behind the register, but who give every customer the emotion and passion for art, the love for beauty. We want our saleswomen and salesmen to behave like tour guides or museum guides: to give customers an emotion, a feeling. We want customers to be able to feel and experience Florentine art, craftsmanship, tradition, and history.
We are looking for salespeople who give emotions
Being a Sales Assistant in our shop means capturing the essence of craftsmanship and giving it to every customer you meet. Every person who enters our Store is not just a customer: they are someone who loves our objects. The goal of a Sales Assistant is not to sell: it is to guide, to excite, to explain. We do not want simple salespeople or sales assistants, but passionate people who can inspire passion in others.
Giving a lot to those who give us a lot
We are a family-run company, with high and popular ideals: we know what it means to work hard, and for this reason work is important to us and must always be recognized and paid as it should be. All our contracts are State, CCNL, with the highest protections and rights. In addition, we love to reward those who really commit and put their whole selves into what they do: the production bonuses based on sales are born from this ideal, that of giving a lot to those who give us a lot. You are the right person to work with us if you also respect these ideals!
